Yes, you can but you’ll need to inform us as soon as possible. If you’d like to change your order details, please drop us a WhatsApp message with your new order details. At Prezento, we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes before transport for the delivery has been arranged.

Orders can only be canceled if the item is not yet in production/not been prepared and not shipped out (case to case basis). A RM10 processing fee may be imposed for all cancellations due to change in decision.

Strictly no cancellation allowed 48 working hours before as items are made to order specially for you.


We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also opt for online bank transfer (FPX) or e-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, Grab, Boost and etc) via the BetterPay payment option during checkout.

We work with BetterPay to make shopping online safe. BetterPay holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held by us or accessible to us.
